Hardinge Conquest T42 CNC Turning Center:

Our Hardinge CNC Turning Center is a prime example of quality American craftsmanship. The innovative Hardinge HarcreteTM polymer composite base provides vibration dampening and superior stability. The T42 has the rigidity required to produce high quality, dimensionally accurate parts.

Some specific CNC machining capabilities include:

• 2” thru spindle size
• 13” max turning distance
• programmable tailstock
• 8” 2 and 3 jaw chuck
• up to 4” I.D. work holding device

Nakamura-Tome TMC-15 Turning Center:

This CNC turning center is equipped with a ten tool turret and a 12 foot hydraulic bar feed, 1-5/8” bar capacity. It has a compact work envelope making this CNC machine very fast and efficient. Extremely repeatable accuracy and a special part catching system combine to make the TMC-15 capable of delicate specialty work, second OP, and/or large run productions.
