Manual Machining
We have a full compliment of manual capabilities to fill 2nd OP, repair, prototype, or production needs. These include, but are not limited to:- Engine lathes, including a Mori Seiki MH-2000 with a 24” swing, 106” bed and 3” thru spindle
- Vertical and horizontal milling machines
- Manual arbor presses and a powered 60 ton hydraulic press
- A Sunnen Honing Machine
- Surface grinders
- A Hyd-Mech Horizontal bandsaw with a PLC controlled shuttle vise to automate production saw jobs
