Terms & Conditions of Sale

• Apex Machining Co. will warranty parts manufactured to Customer's drawings and specifications, but does not warranty the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless stated on this document. Liability for the breach of any warranty is limited to replacement of defective or nonconforming goods or to the refund of the purchase price upon return of the goods to Apex Machining Co. at the option of Apex Machining Co. Customer assumes all risks and liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property of Customer or others arising out of the use of possession of the goods.
• The price and quantity quoted on a given part will be honored for 30 days.
• Payment is required at time of delivery unless credit terms have been prearranged.
• Please specify the date you need our quote or your purchased parts. If this is not feasible for Apex, we will promptly notify you so we can formulate a strategy for meeting your scheduling needs.
• A written purchase order is required to be delivered to Apex to confirm your order. For your convenience, we accept purchase orders by fax, email, mail, or in person.
• The part number and revision number on prints provided to Apex must match your purchase order as well as our original quote.
• To ensure accuracy, upon receipt of your purchase order, an acknowledgement of the terms regarding your order will promptly be returned to you for verification of your request.
• Delivery date is dependent on our current workload when your purchase order is received.
• In the event that an altered delivery date is necessary, you will be promptly notified. If the altered delivery date is agreeable to you, an edited or revised purchase order will be required documenting the new delivery date meets with your approval.
• Should you need expedited service on your order after all aspects of the order have been previously agreed upon, we will try our best to comply with your request. A surcharge may apply to cover additional expenses, if incurred.
